David Sherwood is an experienced agent specialising in the sale of Country Homes.  David has been brought up with horses all his life.  His late father, Nat Sherwood, was a keen point-to-point enthusiast and was responsible for creating Marks Tey racecourse – now attracting record crowds during the point-to-point season.  David’s two brothers, Oliver and Simon, both work with horses - many will recall Desert Orchid’s resounding win in the 1989 Gold Cup with Simon Sherwood on board.  Simon now trains race horses and is involved in bloodstock near Hereford.  Brother Oliver trains steeplechasers out of Lambourne.  This could explain why David nowadays prefers to keep ‘his feet firmly on the ground’ by enjoying his own favourite pastime and travelling to the best rivers in the UK (and abroad) to fish!

Pippa grew up mostly in Norfolk and began her career in journalism on newspapers in Somerset and Dorset before moving to Suffolk to freelance while also running a farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. She was the property writer for the East Anglian Daily Times and Suffolk Magazine for several years and still contributes regularly to Suffolk Magazine.
