Zoe Napier has over 20 years agency experience, having started work in the building/construction industry.  Owner of horses, enjoys the countryside, husband and dogs!  Zoe was born in the Chelmsford area and has spent her life in Essex, now residing near Halstead on the Essex/Suffolk borders.  She also has a PPL and enjoys flying single engine aircraft whenever time allows.  “Seeing Essex from the air can be quite spectacular” commented Zoe.  “You would be surprised as to the number of ‘pilots’ searching for property with land in order to keep their plane at home!  We can even help these buyers too, as we know their runway, distance and compass requirements for an airstrip!”

David Sherwood is an experienced agent specialising in the sale of Country Homes.  David has been brought up with horses all his life.  His late father, Nat Sherwood, was a keen point-to-point enthusiast and was responsible for creating Marks Tey racecourse – now attracting record crowds during the point-to-point season.  David’s two brothers, Oliver and Simon, both work with horses - many will recall Desert Orchid’s resounding win in the 1989 Gold Cup with Simon Sherwood on board.  Simon now trains race horses and is involved in bloodstock near Hereford.  Brother Oliver trains steeplechasers out of Lambourne.  This could explain why David nowadays prefers to keep ‘his feet firmly on the ground’ by enjoying his own favourite pastime and travelling to the best rivers in the UK (and abroad) to fish!

John Davey has over 35 years’ experience in the sale of period and country properties, having previously worked in the West Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire areas with both local and international estate agents and auctioneers, before setting up his own business ‘Just Character’ in Great Dunmow some two years ago.  John joined the Country & Equestrian team in July 2006 following the huge increase in demand for our specialised agency services.  Since September 2007 John now works for Fenn Wright on a consultancy basis, generally working from home.

Cathy just loves horses (It's her time out to relax) and having recently and successfully sold her and her husband's equestrian property (through Fenn Wright Country & equestrian of course) Cathy has first hand experience of the excellent service we endeavour to achieve, coupled with our knowledge for both our client's and buyers requirements. Cathy has now joined our team to assist in all aspects of our steady expansion of the division. Journalist and writer Pippa McLardy has specialised in property press relations for several years, becoming Press Officer for Fenn Wright in May 2007.
Pippa grew up mostly in Norfolk and began her career in journalism on newspapers in Somerset and Dorset before moving to Suffolk to freelance while also running a farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. She was the property writer for the East Anglian Daily Times and Suffolk Magazine for several years and still contributes regularly to Suffolk Magazine.
