The land is situated off Heath End Lane, located off the A46, approximately 1 miles to the east of the village of Snitterfield. Nearby towns include Stratford-upon-Avon, approximately 5 miles to the west, and Warwick, approximately 5 miles to the east.

Rural Payments Agency
We understand that the land is registered with the Rural Land Registry and a claim has been made for the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) in 2018.
